Client:             National Athletic Apparel Company for Women

Objective:      To develop the brand’s charitable giving program that aligns with the brand’s mission, vision and values.

Result:            For the first time, the company has a clear focus on the causes and a charity partnership that aligns with the brand’s architecture. They were thrilled to see the difference they can make in the lives of women and youth. The company has a strategic and structured giving program which balances its resources, is on-purpose and includes cause marketing campaigns, sponsorships, employee volunteerism and product donations.

Client:             Luxury Handbag Designer

Objective:      To manage the start-up and fund raising for the client’s charitable foundation.

Result:            Established the foundation’s organization, operating budget, a three year plan, and facilitated the first charitable partnership with a fashion week and fundraising event.

Client:             Women’s Fitness Company

Objective:      To create a scholarship program that would provide financial assistance for post-secondary education to young women emancipating from the foster care system.

Result:            Developed the scholarship committee structure and guidelines, the scholarship guidelines and application forms and procedures, and fund investment opportunities. The owner of the fitness company particularly loved how a mentorship was incorporated into the scholarship program.  Each scholarship recipient would be mentored for one year by professional women volunteering their time to coach them in areas from career, financial literacy, life skills and more.

Client:             Regional Voluntary Health Organization

Objective:      To develop and manage the organization’s volunteers and fund raising activities.

Result:            In this particular case, as a new regional organization, building brand awareness was key to the fundraising efforts of the organization. Worked with client on both short-term and long-term fund development, public relations, and donor cultivation efforts. Over a four year period, revenues and participation for a signature walk event doubled, major gift campaigns increased, and a committed volunteer program was established.

Objective:      To organize and manage their 5K Walk fundraiser

Result:            Managed and oversaw the client’s first organized walk event by creating a committee structure and guidelines, event timeline and milestones, an event budget and goal, planned and executed event public relations with media, and organized day of event logistics.  Goal Achieved!  The client raised funds over goal.

Client:             Regional Fast Food Chain

Objective:      To create the company’s first Holiday cause marketing campaign and employee volunteer opportunity with the partnering nonprofit.

Result:            Created, organized and executed the pin-up cause marketing campaign throughout the company’s area stores, planned and executed the campaign’s public relations, and celebration event.  The client loved the employee volunteer day that they decided to incorporate an ongoing employee volunteer program.  This campaign was a huge success raising nearly 35,000 in less than one month.
